  • What are my payment options if I make a purchase from Zoara?
    Zoara accepts all major credit cards and or those who wish to pay for their orders via Bank Wire, Zoara is happy to provide a 1.5% discount on the final checkout price of your order. Please note that any order over $10,000 is payable by bank wire only. Please see our Payment Options page for more details.
  • Is my shipment safe?
    All of our shipments are fully insured by either FedEx or the US Postal Service, and we require signature of receipt on all orders, no matter what the value so as to ensure that your purchase has reached its destination safely. We are also happy to ship any order to a FedEx holding location according to your preference. Please note that if you are returning an item, you are responsible for insuring the item with your shipping provider. Please see Zoara's Shipping Policy and Return Policy for details.
  • Will I pay sales tax?
    As per state law, sales tax will be charged on all purchases shipped to New York.
  • What is your international shipping policy? 
    Zoara ships absolutely free to the UK, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Australia. Many other countries around the globe are shipped via FedEx International® for free with a $30 handling and insurance fee. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes levied by international authorities. Zoara suggests that you contact your country's local authorities to verify taxes and duties that apply before completing your purchase with us.   • Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
    Zoara is glad to ship orders to APO and FPO addresses via US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please note that these shipments typically take an additional two to three weeks to arrive at their destinations. 
  • Do you offer special military discounts?

  • What if I want to make a return?
    If you are not completely happy with your Zoara purchase, you are free to return it within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund. For more information please visit our Return Policy page.
  • Is my purchase secure?
    Zoara ensures that all of its customers' online transactions are completely secure. Our online payment methods are protected from fraud and safely encrypted using SSL technologies.   • Is Zoara a trustworthy retailer?

  • Do you protect my privacy?

  • How do I know that the quality diamond I am buying is what I am receiving?
    Zoara provides a GIA Diamond Grading Report with your purchase of any loose diamond. This report attests to the attributes of your diamond. Each loose diamond is also laser inscribed with a unique identifying number corresponding to the GIA grading certificate to ensure authenticity.
  • How do I figure out my ring size?
    Zoara is happy to help you accurately measure your rings size or the ring size of your loved one. Please visit our Ring Size Guide for more information.
  • What if the ring I buy is the wrong size?
    As part of our warranty, we offer one free resizing within the first 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately eternity bands and tension rings cannot be resized and require remanufacturing in order to be resized.
  • Can I order a custom ring?
    Can't find the exact design you are looking for on our website? Do you have a specific style in mind? Are you hoping to find a wedding ring that perfectly matches an engagement ring you already own? Zoara would be happy to help you create a custom made ring in collaboration with our expert in-house jewelers or customize a ring from our catalog according to your specifications.
