4/5Perfect..I felt that, for her 50th birthday, my wife deserved something truly spectacular. Since her birthstone is pearl, the kids and I decided we'd get her some beautiful pearl jewelry, I knew for a fact that she liked pearls so I was sure that she would love this pearl pendant. The design was extremely elegant and classy, just like my wife. So, I ended up ordering the item, thinking that it would arrive in plenty of time before her birthday. After a week had passed, and I still hadn't received my purchased item, I started worrying that the pendant would not arrive in time for her birthday. Since it was crucial for me to give her the pendant on the exact date of her birth day, I was desperate to receive the pendant. I called customer support and told them that I had not yet received the item. The representative I spoke to was pleasant but not very helpful. She checked the item's shipping status and told me that it should have already arrived. I told her that it definitely hadn't and she told me she would check with management and shipping and get back to me. A couple of days later she called me back and told me that there had been a mix up and that the item had not been shipped. She said that they would now ship it using express mail so it would arrive on time. 4/5Perfectly Simple, A Little BigI got this pearl pendant for my daughter for her sweet 16. Basically, I was looking for something tasteful, innocent and clean looking. She's 16 after all, not 61. I decided to go with her birthstone, the pearl. Truth is this is a really gorgeous pendant, the pearl's just a little big for my 16 year old.
