5/5I love dangly earringsI love diamond drop earrings...they are so beautiful and sparkling. My niece helped me pick these out for her mom (my sister) and she loved them... I also loved them so much that I made a point of getting another two pairs (one for me and one for my niece) so that all three of us could wear them! They are equally good quality and came in the sweetest little boxes. 4/5Delayed item but all in all, a satisfied customerWhen I ordered this item I made sure to phone customer support and let them know that it was of the utmost importance that I receive the item promptly, as I was planning on giving the earrings to my girlfriend as a birthday gift and I wanted her to have them on the actual date. The sales representative assured me that I would receive my item in plenty of time and that there would be no delay with the shipping. A couple of days after the item's due date I had still not received it and so I called customer support again. The sales rep. checked the item's status and told me that there was some sort of mix up with my item's shipment and that it should arrive in a couple of days. After a week I still hadn't gotten the item, and it was starting to cut it a little too close to my girlfriend's birthday, I angrily called customer support for the third time and demanded to know why I still hadn't received the earrings. The sales rep. apologized and said she would check what the item's status was and that they would try to somehow speed up its shipping. After another couple of days had passed the item finally arrived just in time for my gf's birthday and she loved it!!
