5/5Lovely and simple...I think the ring is truly spectacular... All of my friends have these grandiose diamond engagement rings but I prefer my lovely, classic solitaire. It's simple and tasteful. Ordering the ring was a little tricky though. For some reason the site kept declining our credit card. I was almost at my whits end when we decided to call customer support and ask for help. We talked to a rep named Andy who was very pleasant and who helped us make our order and even promised to update us via our emails on the progress of the shipping and such... 5/5Simply BeautifulI can't begin to tell you how much I love this ring. It is absolutely stunning - the picture doesn't do it justice. I don't know a whole lot about diamonds and was really happy Zoara has such a large preset category, but even then I didn't really understand all the info about the diamond. I figured I'd call customer service and maybe they could tell me what everything meant. I was so impressed with the level of knowledge they had and they even pointed me to some info on Zoara that was about diamonds and everything. But I was really hesitant to buy anything online- I thought what if it gets lost or stolen. But when I saw this ring on Zoara I really loved it. I decided to call the customer support and see what they do for precious shipments like this.
