I think it's a little daunting and I'm always concerned that there will be something wrong with the product, like a diamond that's popped out or a setting that's been warped. But I loved this set when I came across it on Zoara's site and decided I'd take a leap of faith and order it. I must have called customer support like a zillion times to make sure that they had gotten my order and that it was on its way.
