5/5Can you tell how much I love this set??When I first went shopping for a diamond engagement ring and a wedding band, I thought I'd never go online to buy it. The ring itself I was convinced I really had to see before opening my wallet and paying up. My fiance and I took a trip to the diamond district and we were completely overwhelmed. The place was just too huge and the people were intimidating even though they were trying not to be, which just made it worse. After that day we decided we'd check online for a reputable jeweler. After a quick search for wedding rings we found that the top sites had issues with lawsuits and whatnot the past few years and even though they were rare, we wanted a company with a perfect record. After some digging, we found Zoara and once we saw the website we knew a lot of work went into it. We called them to see if their staff was just outsourced guys from india or something, and judging by their accent they were not, so immediately we felt better. Then we looked around on the site and came across this wedding set whose simplicity caught our eye and we mulled it over for a few days, looking for similar products online for better prices but couldn't find any. The next week we came back to Zoara, called up the customer service again who gave us detailed specs about the set and worked out the ring size and even gave us the URL of a matching man's wedding band for him, which we also ended up buying. The ring arrived 4 days later and it looked really beautiful. We're both very pleased and glad we didn't order the wrong size which is why we called up first. That happened to a few friends of ours and they had to return it and barely got the right size in time for the wedding. All in all, much more pleasant and easy going than the diamond district, and judging by results, trustworthy and true.February 07, 2011Author: Janie

4/5Great service, amazing productI was extremely happy with my whole shopping experience on Zoara. One thing I noticed immediately was that the site, especially the gallery and product pages, didn't overwhelm me with crazy amounts of words and information. My eyes were guided to the important details, cut polish clarity color table, I was able to find the wedding set option easily without clicking through 5 or 6 times somewhere. Finding what I wanted took about 2 minutes. Deciding to buy it took longer, only after I found out that that Zoara did actually have the best price for the set. Even though they had the best price by over $60 (the specs were almost exactly the same) I still didn't know exactly how I was going to pay for it because I only have a $4,000 credit limit and had already spent most of it on food and other bills this month. This is one of the reasons I wanted one set so it'd be one bill I could consolidate and not worry about getting a separate wedding band. Anyway, I had to call up the service line and they worked out the numbers with me on a monthly payment plan and were nice about the fact that I couldn't give them a lump sum immediately. The service was great, customer support answered all of my newbie questions. Nothing need be said about the set itself. Just look at the picture and the specs and imagine an even better ring.
