Zoara gets an A in customer service. I filled in a credit card on the checkout that I didn't noticed and expired the week before and was still in my wallet. Their team actually called me back from the number I put in and told me the problem. Bank of America sent me a new one the week before but I hadn't checked the pile of new mail so I couldn't give them a card at that point because I only have one and the new one wasn't activated. I got the new one in any case and told zoara that it would be activated but to wait in charging it two days to make sure the activation goes through. Two days later they called me up to make sure I knew they were charging it and they did and 3 days later this ring arrived. Talk about good coordination. I'm very pleased with how they do business.

The emerald is so much cheaper than the round

If you're going around looking for a diamond ring, personally I highly recommend the emerald cut because you can get the same carat - more even - for even half the price. When I first saw this trend in every jewelry site I visited I couldn't believe. What do you care what cut it is as long as its cut well? I immediately jumped at the loophole in the market here and looked around for the emerald cut with the best price and Zoara showed up 4 times if I'm not mistaken. Just trying to help those out there who are looking for an affordable diamond engagement ring. Just remember, the diamond doesn't have to be round. Don't get caught in that trap.

Good pick

I liked this ring in the picture and like it even more in reality. Look at it this way: even though I'll be stuck with one guy for the rest of my life who i'll love but will doubtless annoy me, I also get to be stuck with this diamond ring all my life. They aren't known to annoy, just sit there and look pretty.
