5/5A pretty little sotneYes, the diamond isn't that large, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in beauty. Zoara really knows how to pick their gemstones. 5/53D view really helpedFrom personal experience on this site (I bought last month) the 3d views really are helpful in showing you what the ring actually looks like. However, don't forget to realize that the 3d pictures aren't exactly the same because the diamond size you get may vary if you're doing the build your own engagement ring option. My fiance and I ended up choosing this one after debating between this one and two other prong settings. We knew we wanted a round cut because we heard that the other shapes don't have ratings on the cut because nothing is standardized. That's an advantage for some people but we really wanted something standardized where the value is more objective and we know what we're getting. We thought about getting a heart shaped cut because it's the most similar and thought that would have a cut grade but we called Zoara about that and they said the GIA doesn't grade heart cuts so we'd be safer with a round brilliant diamond engagement ring if we were looking for objective cut grades. If you're looking for another shape though and you want to spend less money don't shy away from the other shapes just for that reason. Get what you really want and what you really like. If you pick the right girl she'll love it no matter what it is. The best prices are here though. You'll see that from the shopping compare sites a lot if you do a good search like we did.
