This warranty includes:
• Unlimited free resizings – Zoara will cover the shipping costs of 1 resizing*
• Free rhodium recoatings
• Free polishing and cleaning of jewelry items and gemstones
• Free repairs due to manufacturing defects
• Discounted repairs of damage not resulting from natural wear
*Not applicable on orders outside of the Unites States.
Terms and conditions:
• When sending diamonds to us, the diamond must be accompanied by a GIA/AGS/IGI/EGL or HRD grading report. If your diamond is uncertified, you will be required to fill out a form declaring it as uncertified.
• If the item is defective or if the wrong ring size was provided, Zoara will pay for the shipping and insurance fee for the return. Zoara reserves the right to choose the shipping method. Zoara will pay for return shipping and insurance of the package on the way back to you as well.
• If the ring is being returned as part of the return policy, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance fees. Until the item is delivered to our fulfillment center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, you assume responsibility for the package, so please take care to insure it to the full amount when shipping it to us.
• Engravings, resizings and alterations carried out by a jeweler unaffiliated with Zoara will make the item non-returnable and may void the warranty.
• Due to intricate designs, certain items should only be repaired or resized by a Zoara jeweler, as they may be damaged by a jeweler who is unfamiliar with the design. This is especially important with rings with sidestones and pave settings. Please consult with a Zoara jewelry expert if you are not sure.
